Recorded in our local seaside town of Wicklow by Spud "John" Murphy. It took a year to record from start to finish but we made it in the end!!

The album comprises of 11 tracks, all written and played by Bocs Social past and present members!!
We like to say that Bocs Social "play music to dance to", and while we feel the album achieves this, many of the songs have a much more sinister message about times of economic difficulty and violence that we see in the world today, hence the name "Social Life". However very far from depressing are these songs, as the upbeat rhythms, catchy melodies and overall musical energy may have you tapping a foot or two, or maybe even getting up and skanking on the spot!!
