Shot One is about the crime carried out by young people in today's society. It tells a story of a young teen cycling around on his BMX in possession of a Gun.
Bocs Social made a low budget video to this song, which tells a more detailed story of a kid who holds up a local shop at gun point for a small amount of cash and some sweets.
With its continuous vocal line and swingy old school ska rhythm, Shot One has been one of the favourites on the album for many people.
